Swiss Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, but unfortunately reeked of smoke upon check-in. The air conditioning in the room was lousy and not cold enough for my liking.

I stayed at this hotel which was conveniently located near a train station and the city center. The rooms were small but had a comfortable queen bed and a handy small washroom with a water heater. The friendly staff always kept our room clean and replenished the complimentary water and coffee. The hotel is strategically placed in front of a 7-Eleven, making it convenient for guests. However, the dining experience was below expectations with limited menu options, and the price for additional food was not justified. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel has a very small room without a window, but it's conveniently located near a bus stop and train station. The queen bed is comfortable, although the washroom is small with a water heater. However, the room had a bad smell, which was not pleasant.

I was thrilled with the fantastic location of the hotel, perfect for beach lovers and surrounded by numerous dining options. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the breakfast selection left something to be desired. The pool area was well-maintained and a delight to relax in. The value for money was reasonable, but the absence of complimentary Wi-Fi was a drawback.
